How to make symbiotic food?
Symbiotic food is obtained by using a concentrate of beneficial microorganisms. All you need to do is add it to plant-based food, sauces or drinks, for example:
- drinking water, juices, compotes, fruit drinks, soft drinks, etc.
- thermally processed and cooled to 60 C plant-based food (soups, stews, porridges, pancakes, etc.).
- thermally unprocessed food (salads, mixed dishes, mashed medicinal desserts, etc.). It can be eaten immediately or after a few hours of fermentation. The dishes become especially tasty and fragrant.
Recommended consumption amount
The recommended minimum amount is a teaspoon per serving of food or a cup of drink. You can add more of the concentrate. Increasing the amount can give the dish an additional sour flavor.
For beginners, it is recommended to make a cup of symbiotic drink for the first two weeks before meals: Add a teaspoon of concentrate to a cup of water, juice or compote and drink half of the drink before eating, and the other half during or immediately after eating. After two weeks, you can already prepare symbiotic food.
You can eat such healthy and tasty symbiotic food at any time and eat it in any quantity – without any restrictions. It is simply impossible to overeat healthy and tasty symbiotic food, so everyone chooses the amount of optomala fermented drink concentrate individually and according to taste.
