Usage: Shake well before use. It is recommended to season a portion of food with 1 teaspoon, or add 1 teaspoon to a glass of water or other beverage and drink during a meal.

Ingredients: water, oatmeal 10%, oat bran 5%, dried crushed chokeberry 5%, yeast.

Nutritional value 100g: Energy value 140 kJ / 33 kcal, fat 0.7 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.02 g, carbohydrates 5.6 g, of which sugars 1.1 g, proteins 1.1 g, salts 1.1 g.

Expiration date: indicated on the package. After opening the product, store in the refrigerator with a tight lid. The shelf life of the opened product is not shorter than that indicated on the package.

Storage conditions: recommended to store at +2 – +18 ℃. After opening, store in the refrigerator with the cap loosely screwed on.
