Usage: Shake well before use. It is recommended to season a portion of food with 1 teaspoon, or add 1 teaspoon to a glass of water or other beverage and drink during a meal.

Expiration date: indicated on the package. After opening the product, store in the refrigerator with a tight lid. The shelf life of the opened product is not shorter than that indicated on the package.
